CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES

Serves : 36-40 Cookies

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 pound organic unsalted butter
  • 1 cup organic light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons organic pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 (3 ounce) package 72% Cacao Belgian Dark Chocolate

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream the butter and two sugars until light and fluffy

Add the vanilla and eggs one at a time. Mix well

Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together and add to the butter mixture

Break chocolate bars into 1/2 inch chunks. Fold chunks into mixture

Drop the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a rounded tablespoon

Slightly flatten the dough with your hands

Bake for 15 minutes, cool on a wire rack
