
BRUSCHETTA PUB BURGER



INGREDIENTS
- 6 original pub-style burgers
- 6 Ciabatta rolls cut in half
- - 100% pure olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 6 tomato slices
- 6 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- - fresh cracked sea salt and black pepper
- 12 fresh basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
Prepare burgers according to package directions.
Meanwhile, lightly brush inside of rolls with olive oil. Place on grill until golden brown. Rub grilled surface of rolls with garlic. Set aside.
Top burgers with cheese the last couple of minutes of grilling. Remove from grill and place burgers on bottom of rolls.
Top with tomato slices and drizzle 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar over the tomato of each burger. Salt and pepper tomatoes as desired. Top each burger with 2 basil leaves and top of roll.
