BACON & CHEDDAR PUB BURGERS

with Chipotle Aioli & Fried Onions

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 bacon & Cheddar pub-style burgers
  • 6 tablespoons real mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 cups French fried onions
  • 6 Kaiser rolls sliced

DIRECTIONS

Prepare burgers on grill according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle chiles, garlic, lime and cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, sauté fried onions until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

Toast Kaiser rolls on grill just before burgers are done. Place burgers on rolls. Top with chipotle aioli and fried onions.
