
ROTISSERIE CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1 24 ounce package iceberg garden salad mix chopped
- 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
- 3 cups torn Culinary Circle Deli Rotisserie Chicken
- 2 ripe avocados peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup cooked and chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn thawed
- - restaurant style seasoned croutons optional
DIRECTIONS
In large serving bowl, combine chopped salad mix and ranch dressing; toss to coat.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
