
TARRAGON CHICKEN PASTA SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise dressing with olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 4 cups cooked and cooled multi grain rotini pasta
- 3 cups cooked and chopped chicken breasts
- 2 cups seedless red grapes sliced in half
- 1 cup walnut halves & pieces toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and tarragon; salt and pepper to taste.
Add pasta, chicken, grapes, walnuts, onions and celery to bowl; toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
