SHRIMP PASTA SALAD II

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 12 ounce package organic whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen 91-120 count peeled & deveined tail-off cooked shrimp
  • 1 4 ounce package Culinary Circle Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 medium tomato seeded, diced
  • 1 cup chopped red, yellow and/or orange bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced organic green onions
  • 1/3 cup organic rustic Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons capers drained

DIRECTIONS

Break pasta in half; prepare according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain. Transfer pasta to large mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and toss until well combined.

Refrigerate, covered, at least ½ hour or until ready to serve.
