CINNAMON BLUEBERRY DUNKERS

with Creamy Lemon Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup organic 2% reduced fat milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • 1/3 cup organic raw cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon organic ground Saigon cinnamon
  • 1 package (9 ounce) organic mini blueberry waffles
  • 1/4 cup organic butter melted

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until light and fluffy. Beat in lemon curd until well combined, set aside.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Carefully break frozen waffles apart. Brush waffles with butter and dip into the cinnamon sugar, coating both sides.

Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 15 minutes or until crispy. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
