
TRI BAKED BEANS



INGREDIENTS
- 6 slices uncured bacon chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 15 ounce cans Organic Tri Bean Blend rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup organic ketchup
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 2 tablespoons organic brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons organic Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté bacon 2-3 minutes. Add onions and continue sautéing until bacon is crispy; stir in garlic last 1 minute of sautéing. Drain off drippings.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients; transfer to a greased 1½-quart baking dish.
3. Bake, covered, in a preheated 375°F oven 1 hour.
