CHICKEN STUFFING

Serves : 6 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons organic butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped organic celery hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 4.5 ounce package organic seasoned croutons slightly crushed
  • 1 3/4 cups Organic Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoon chopped organic fresh sage

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add onions, celery and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until onions are softened (about 3-5 minutes).

Stir in croutons, broth, thyme and sage. Transfer to a greased baking dish

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 40-50 minutes or until desired doneness.
