
CARAMEL SAUCE



INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup organic Turbinado sugar
- 1/2 cup organic half & half
- 1/4 cup organic unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon organic pure vanilla extract
- - sea salt
DIRECTIONS
In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, half & half and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently; boil 1 minute
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt to taste
Serve or transfer to a container with cover and keep refrigerated up to 1 week
