
TURKEY TACO SALAD



INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon organic ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon organic paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon organic garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon organic dried oregano leaves
- dash organic ground cayenne pepper
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup reduced sodium beef broth
- yellow corn tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
1. In small bowl, combine first 9 ingredients; set aside. In large skillet over medium-high heat, combine turkey and onions; cook and crumble until turkey is no longer pink; drain off grease.
2. Add beef broth and seasoning mix to meat in skillet; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
3. Place desired amount of tortilla chips on plate; top with taco meat, cheese and desired toppings.
