
BUFFALO CHICKEN & WAFFLE SANDWICHES



INGREDIENTS
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts pound 1/2 in thick
- 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce divided
- 4 deli style provolone cheese slices
- 1 9 ounce package gluten free homestyle waffles
- - tomato slices, lettuce
- - blue cheese dressing
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken and ½ cup wing sauce in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal bag. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag; discard wing sauce. Place chicken on grill; grill 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F, turning once. Baste with remaining ¼ cup wing sauce the last 2-3 minutes of grilling. Top with cheese slices; remove from grill when melted.
Meanwhile, toast waffles according to package directions. Top waffles with lettuce, tomato, chicken and blue cheese dressing.
