
CAESAR SALAD
with Grilled Shrimp



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce package frozen 16-20 count peeled & deveined tail-on cooked shrimp thawed
- 4 bamboo skewers soaked in water 30 minutes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon & pepper seasoning
- 1 package Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup prepared Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Culinary Circle Parmesan Cheese
- - restaurant style Caesar croutons
DIRECTIONS
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place shrimp on skewers.
In small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice and lemon & pepper seasoning; brush on shrimp. Place shrimp on grill; grill 4-5 minutes or until heated through, turning once.
Meanwhile, in large bowl combine lettuce, dressing, cheese and croutons; toss to coat. Divide among 4 large salad bowls or plates. Top with grilled shrimp.
