
BROWN SUGAR GLAZED SOCKEYE SALMON



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 12 ounce package frozen salmon fillets
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine sugar, pecans, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice and cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Place salmon on baking sheet. Evenly spread mixture over salmon fillets.
Bake in a preheated 425°F oven until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
