
SAUT�ED BROCCOLI



INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 16 ounce package organic frozen broccoli florets thawed, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
Add broccoli, garlic and pepper; salt to taste. Saut� until broccoli is heated through and flowers have started to brown (about 7-9 minutes).
