ROSEMARY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Place chicken breasts in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Seal bag; toss to coat. Refrigerate and marinate several hours or overnight.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Place chicken on grill; toss marinade. Grill 10-12 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 170°F on an instant read thermometer and juices run clear.
