TORTILLA CHICKEN FINGERS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 2 cups finely crushed crispy rounds tortilla chips
  • 1 cup fancy shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Place chicken and dressing in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat chicken.

In a shallow dish, combine remaining ingredients. Remove chicken tenders from dressing and coat with tortilla chips.

Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spray top of chicken with additional cooking spray.

Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 6-7 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue baking 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
