ROASTED ROSEMARY CHICKEN THIGHS

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds chicken thighs
  • - salt & black pepper
  • 1/4 cup 100% pure olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves crushed

DIRECTIONS

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste. Place in large baking pan.

In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken in pan.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F on an instant read thermometer, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
