
STUFFED BUFFALO CHICKEN NUGGETS



INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup Culinary Circle Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 12 pieces
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 2 cups finely crushed original kettle chips
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and blue cheese. Cut small slit in each piece of chicken; stuff with blue cheese mixture. Set aside.
Place flour in shallow dish; salt and pepper to taste. In second shallow dish, combine buffalo sauce and celery seeds. Place chips in a third shallow dish.
Dust chicken with flour, dip in buffalo sauce and coat with chips.
Place chicken pieces, cheese-side-up, on a baking sheet that has been generously sprayed with cooking spray. Generously spray tops of chicken with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 170°F on an instant read thermometer.
