CHICKEN & BROCCOLI AU GRATIN

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 6.5 ounce package broccoli & cheese rice mix
  • 2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups torn Culinary Circle Deli Rotisserie Chicken
  • 2 cups frozen cut broccoli
  • 1/2 6 ounce package French fried onions

DIRECTIONS

In medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add rice mixture and sauté 2 minutes. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Add cheese seasoning packet, chicken broth and sour cream; mix until well combined. Stir in chicken and broccoli. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 50 minutes or until rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with French fried onions and continue baking until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
