
BAKED CHICKEN FINGERS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
- 1 cup creamy ranch dressing
- 2 cups finely crushed classic potato chips
- 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken and dressing in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat chicken. Place in refrigerator and marinate 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Place remaining ingredients in another 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag. Remove 2-3 chicken tenders from dressing and place in bag with potato chips. Seal bag and shake to coat chicken. Remove from bag and place chicken on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Spray top of chicken with additional cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 6-7 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue baking 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
