SPAGHETTI ALLA PUTTANESCA

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tablespoons Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 24 ounce jar tomato, garlic & onion pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives halved
  • 2 tablespoons capers rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/2 16 ounce package pot ready spaghetti

DIRECTIONS

In medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, anchovy paste and red pepper flakes. Sauté 1 minute.

Stir in sauce, olives and capers. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions. Remove sauce from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over spaghetti.
