SKILLET CHILI MAC & CHEESE

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 pounds 80% lean ground beef
  • 1 1.25 ounce package chili seasoning mix
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 pound Super Cheezy processed cheese spread cubed
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS

In large saucepan, prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili seasoning mix and tomatoes. Set aside.

Add cheese, milk and butter to macaroni. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in beef mixture.
