
BAKED VEGGIE PENNE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 ounce package small penne vegetable pasta
- 1 16 ounce package frozen California blend vegetables
- 1 15 ounce jar creamy Alfredo pasta sauce
- 2 cups Italian style six cheese blend
- 1/2 cup fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup crispy Panko style plain bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta and vegetables according to package directions; drain.
In large bowl, combine pasta, vegetables, Alfredo sauce, cheeses and milk; salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a greased large baking dish.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over pasta. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
