SEAFOOD MARINARA

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 pound fresh sea scallops
  • 1/2 pound jumbo uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 24 ounce jar Culinary Circle Marinara Pasta Sauce
  • - Culinary Circle Shredded Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic; sauté 2 minutes.

Add in scallops and shrimp; sauté until cooked through. Add in wine and reduce by half.

Add in marinara sauce; cook until heated through. Toss with pasta and Parmesan cheese.
