
SEAFOOD MARINARA



INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 pound fresh sea scallops
- 1/2 pound jumbo uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 24 ounce jar Culinary Circle Marinara Pasta Sauce
- - Culinary Circle Shredded Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic; sauté 2 minutes.
Add in scallops and shrimp; sauté until cooked through. Add in wine and reduce by half.
Add in marinara sauce; cook until heated through. Toss with pasta and Parmesan cheese.
