TUNA CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 4.5 ounce package julienne potatoes
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 2 5 ounce cans chunk light tuna in water drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 3/4 cup crushed baked Cheddar & sour cream potato chips

DIRECTIONS

In a greased 2-quart baking dish, combine potatoes and seasoning packet, water, milk and sour cream.

Stir in tuna and peas. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Top with potato chips and continue baking 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned.
