
CEDAR PLANK GRILLED SALMON



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound salmon fillets skin removed
- 1/2 cup lemon pepper marinade
- 1 cedar plank board soaked in water 30 minutes
DIRECTIONS
Pat salmon dry with clean paper towels. Place salmon and marinade in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Gently toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade; discard bag. Place salmon on cedar plank.
Place plank on grill and cover. Cook until salmon flakes easily with a fork (about 25-30 minutes). Have a water bottle nearby to put out hot spots on plank while cooking. Remove from grill.
