
BLUEBERRY WAFFLE STREUSEL



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup firmly packed organic light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tablespoon organic butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon organic ground Saigon cinnamon
- 1 7.4 ounce package organic frozen blueberry waffles
- 1 10 ounce package organic frozen wild blueberries thawed and drained
- - vanilla ice cream if desired
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine sugar, pecans, butter and cinnamon; set aside.
Place waffles on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Top with drained blueberries. Sprinkle with streusel mixture.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
