BLUEBERRY PEACH CRISP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 15 ounce can organic peach halves in juice drained and chopped
  • 1 cup organic frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons organic raw cane sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups crunchy vanilla almond granola
  • 3 tablespoons organic butter softened

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, flour and sugar; transfer to a greased 1½-quart baking dish.

In another bowl, combine granola and butter until well combined. Sprinkle over fruit.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes.
