
STRAWBERRIES N CREAM CRÊPES



INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce container heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 10 prepared crepes
- 1 1.5 quart container strawberry ice cream
- 1 pint fresh strawberries sliced
DIRECTIONS
In medium mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form; set aside.
To assemble crepes place 4 small scoops ice cream in a straight line down the center of each crêpe. Fold sides of crêpes over ice cream.
Place 1 crêpe on each dessert plate; top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Dust with additional powdered sugar, if desired. Serve immediately.
