COOKIE PARFAITS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 3.9 ounce package instant chocolate pudding & pie filling
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 8 tablespoons hot fudge topping
  • 1 cup mini cookies cereal crumbled
  • 1 8 ounce container frozen original whipped topping thawed

DIRECTIONS

In medium mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, whipping cream and milk. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat 1 minute. Allow pudding to stand about 5 minutes.

To build parfaits, spoon 1 tablespoon hot fudge in the bottom of 4 parfait glasses. Top with ⅛ crumbled cereal, ⅛ chocolate pudding, and ⅛ whipped topping.

Repeat layer, carefully spreading hot fudge over the first layer of whipped topping. Garnish with a handful of whole mini cookies. Drizzle warmed hot fudge over cookies, if desired.
