CHOCOLATE-ALMOND BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups chocolate almondmilk
  • 3/4 cup Amazing Egg® substitute
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 16 ounce package chunky cinnamon bread cubed
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine almondmilk, egg substitute, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; whisk until well combined.

Stir in cubed cinnamon bread, chocolate chips and toasted almonds; toss until well combined. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
