
CHOCOLATE DIPPED RICE SNACKS



INGREDIENTS
- 6 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup blended vanilla lowfat yogurt
- 1 7.04 ounce package caramel rice snacks
DIRECTIONS
Using a double boiler or heat-proof bowl over the top of a saucepan, fill bottom of pan halfway with water; bring to a boil. Cover with top of double boiler or bowl; reduce heat to simmer.
Add chocolate to top of double boiler or bowl. Heat until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add yogurt to melted chocolate and stir until well combined and smooth.
Dip one rice snacks in chocolate; set on waxed paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining rice snacks.
Refrigerate until chocolate is firm (about 30 minutes). Store in an airtight container.
