CHOCOLATE CINNAMON BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 large bakery cinnamon rolls cubed
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chocolate milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Place half of the cinnamon roll cubes in a greased 2-quart round baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup chocolate chips; repeat layer. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk chocolate milk, eggs, cocoa and vanilla until well combined.

Pour mixture over rolls. Let stand 30 minutes or until bread has soaked up most of the liquid; carefully stir occasionally.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 50-60 minutes or until set and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
