
CHOCOLATE WAFFLE CONES
with Berries & Cream



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips melted
- 8 waffle cones
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 8 ounce container frozen original whipped topping thawed
DIRECTIONS
Using a small pastry brush, paint inside and rim of waffle cones with melted chocolate; place in shallow drinking glasses and set aside to harden.
In medium bowl, combine strawberries, raspberries and blueberries; toss to combine. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well combined. Fold in whipped topping.
Cones, berries and pudding mix can be refrigerated until ready to serve. To assemble cones, layer pudding and berries in cones, ending with berries.
