BLACKBERRY YOGURT DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries finely chopped
  • 4 packets no calorie sweetener with saccharin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • - fresh fruit, cinnamon pita chips, graham crackers

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl combine yogurt, berries, saccharin and lemon zest; stir to combine.

Serve with fresh fruit, cinnamon pita chips or graham crackers.
