BLACKBERRY PEAR SORBET

Total Time : 4-5 hours
Serves : 8 (1/2 cup) servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 15 ounce cans pear slices in 100% juice undrained
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons blackberry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

In food processor or blender, process all ingredients except mint until smooth.

Transfer to a 13x9-inch baking dish; cover and freeze 4 hours or until firm.

To serve, place back in food processor with mint; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
