BAKED PEACHES WITH CRUNCHY GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup low fat granola with almonds
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 15 ounce can yellow cling peach halves in 100% juice drained
  • - vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS

In small bowl combine granola, butter and brown sugar; mix with a fork until crumbly.

Place peach halves on a greased medium baking sheet; top with granola mixture.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with ice cream.
