
WESTERN EGG SCRAMBLER



INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup fully cooked turkey sausage crumbles thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 6 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt margarine. Add sausage, peppers and onions; salt and pepper to taste. Continue sautéing until peppers are softened and all liquid has evaporated.
Pour eggs into skillet. Allow eggs to begin setting; slowly pull spatula across egg mixture, allowing uncooked eggs to run under cooked eggs.
Stir in cheese when eggs are about half done. Continue cooking and stirring, allowing eggs to set. Serve immediately.
