CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup lowfat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Amazing Egg® substitute
  • 1/4 cup extra light tasting olive oil
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine flours, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add buttermilk, egg substitute and oil; stir until just combined. Stir in raisins and walnuts.

Transfer to a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Remove from oven; allow to cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completely on cooling rack.
