BUFFALO CHICKEN STUFFED BREAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 loaf frozen white bread dough thawed
  • 1/4 cup Culinary Circle Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

DIRECTIONS

Allow dough to rise according to package directions (2-3 hours); do not bake. Roll out into a 12x8-inch rectangle; set aside.

In small bowl combine blue cheese and dressing; spread over dough within an inch of the edges. In same bowl, combine chicken and buffalo sauce. Place chicken along one long edge of dough.

Starting on edge of dough with chicken, roll up, burrito style, pinching dough to seal edges; place seam side-down on a greased medium baking sheet.

Brush bread with half the melted butter. Bake in a preheated 350�F oven 20 minutes. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking 10 minutes or until top is golden brown.
