
CHOCOLATE BERRY CLUSTERS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 10 ounce package organic dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 10.5 ounce package wild berry crisp cereal
- 3/4 cup chopped roasted almonds
- - coarse sea salt optional
DIRECTIONS
In microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and almond butter. Microwave (HIGH) 30 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving at 30 seconds intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth (about 2 minutes).
Add cereal and almonds to bowl; gently stir until well combined. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto a wax paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
Refrigerate until firm. Store in a tight sealing container in the refrigerator.
