CAPRESE CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 organic stoneground wheat crackers
  • 24 organic fresh basil leaves
  • 1 8 ounce package Culinary Circle Fresh Mozzarella Ball sliced, slices cut in half
  • 12 organic sweet grape tomatoes cut in half diagonally
  • - organic extra virgin olive oil
  • - balsamic vinegar
  • - sea salt & cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Gently break crackers in half; place crackers on a platter.

Top each cracker with a basil leave, slice of cheese and tomato.

Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
