BUFFALO CHICKEN STUFFED CELERY

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 ounce package organic celery hearts cleaned
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 8 ounce package Neufchatel cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Culinary Circle Blue Cheese Crumbles

DIRECTIONS

Cut celery hearts into 3-inch sticks; set aside.

In large skillet over medium-high heat, combine chicken and buffalo sauce; sauté until chicken is no longer pink in the center (about 4-5 minutes).

Stir in remaining ingredients; continue cooking until heated through (about 4-5 minutes). Spread on celery sticks.
