WHITE CHICKEN CHILI DIP

Serves : 12 (1/4 cup) servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 1/2 cups torn Culinary Circle Deli Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 16 ounce jar salsa verde
  • 1 15 ounce can great northern beans rinsed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup fancy shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 8 ounce package cream cheese cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • - sriracha flavored kettle chips

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet over medium heat, combine chicken, salsa, beans, cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Stir in cheese, cream cheese and cilantro; continue cooking until cheese is melted.

Serve with chips for dipping.
