
WHITE CHICKEN CHILI DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups torn Culinary Circle Deli Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 16 ounce jar salsa verde
- 1 15 ounce can great northern beans rinsed and drained
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup fancy shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 8 ounce package cream cheese cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- - sriracha flavored kettle chips
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet over medium heat, combine chicken, salsa, beans, cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cheese, cream cheese and cilantro; continue cooking until cheese is melted.
Serve with chips for dipping.
