
WASABI SESAME TUNA



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds [white & black]
- 8 ounce fresh Ahi tuna sliced about 1-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons pure peanut oil
- 1 medium cucumber sliced about 1/4-inch thick
- 24 Culinary Circle Sesame Water Crackers
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, wasabi paste and ginger; mix until well combined. Set aside.
Roll tuna slices in sesame seeds. Heat oil in medium skillet over high heat. Sear tuna slices for about 30 seconds per side. Remove to paper towels to drain.
Slice crosswise into thin pieces. Place cucumber slices on crackers, top with a dollop of wasabi sauce and then a slice of tuna.
