ASPARAGUS & PROSCIUTTO CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 fresh asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 3 ounce packages Culinary Circle Sliced Prosciutto halved
  • 24 pieces Culinary Circle Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • 24 Culinary Circle Vegetable Entertainment Crackers

DIRECTIONS

Drizzle asparagus with olive oil; salt and pepper to taste. Place on medium hot grill or in a sauté pan.

Cook asparagus until crisp tender. Remove from grill; cut in half.

Wrap asparagus half with a slice of prosciutto. Place on a cracker and top with a shaving of Parmesan cheese.
