
ROAST BEEF CROSTINI



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2-3 tablespoons refrigerated prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 30 (1/2-inch) slices French baguette bread sliced diagonally
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
DIRECTIONS
In medium mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
In small mixing bowl, combine butter, cheese, parsley and garlic powder until well mixed. Lightly spread butter mixture on baguette slices. Place large baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven until cheese is melted and edge of bread is golden brown (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from oven and cool.
To Serve: Place a piece of roast beef on each crostini and top with a dollop of horseradish sauce. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
