CLASSIC KETTLE CORN

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup organic yellow popping corn
  • 1/4 cup organic raw cane sugar
  • - natural sea salt optional

DIRECTIONS

In large pot with a tight fitting lid, heat oil over medium-high heat.

When oil is hot, add popcorn and sprinkle sugar over popcorn.

Cover and shake pot continuously until popcorn has finished popping. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. Salt popcorn to taste.
