
CHILI MAC



INGREDIENTS
- 1 24 ounce package deluxe shells & cheese
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes drained
- 1 1.25 ounce packet chili seasoning mix
DIRECTIONS
Prepare deluxe shells and cheese according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef, onions and peppers until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes and chili mix.
Stir meat mixture into prepared shells & cheese.
